Terms of Service

Nexora is a media player for desktop (macOS and Windows). It lets you organize and play content from playlists you provide — Xtream Codes or M3U/M3U8. Nexora does not include, host, sell, distribute, or curate any channels, movies, or TV shows. We are software, not a content service.

You are solely responsible for the playlists and streams you connect to Nexora. By using the app you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to access the content sources you import.
• Your use of those sources complies with all applicable laws and the terms of the third-party providers.
• You will not use Nexora to access, distribute, or facilitate access to pirated, unlicensed, or otherwise infringing content.

We do not monitor, verify, or endorse third-party content. Any liability arising from the content you stream rests entirely with you and your provider.

A local account is required for some features. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@nexora.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Nexora is free to use with optional Premium plans:

• Weekly — €4.99 / week
• Monthly — €9.99 / month
• Annual — €69.99 / year

Premium unlocks offline downloads and storage management. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices are in EUR and may be subject to VAT depending on your country.

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after your initial subscription purchase — provided you have not actively used Premium features (such as starting offline downloads). For unused subscriptions inside that window, contact support@nexora.app for a full refund. Renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use Nexora for any illegal purpose or to infringe copyright.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Resell, rent, or redistribute the app or any Premium access.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security or licensing features.
• Use the app to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others.

Nexora, including its name, logo, UI, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app subject to these terms.

Nexora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every playlist or provider. Streaming quality depends on your network and your content source.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nexora, including loss of data, loss of access to third-party content, or unavailability of streams. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using Nexora at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any active subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
