Privacy Policy

Nexora is built privacy-first. We collect as little data as possible, store almost everything on your device, and never sell or share your information.

1. Who we are

Nexora ("we", "us", "our") is a desktop IPTV player developed and operated from Cyprus. This policy explains what information the Nexora desktop app and the nexora.app website collect, why, and what your rights are.

2. What we collect

Nexora is a local-first application. The vast majority of your data never leaves your device.

  • Stored locally only: your playlists (Xtream credentials, M3U URLs), favorites, watch history, downloads, app settings, and cache. This data lives on your computer and is never uploaded to our servers.
  • Account data (if you sign in): email address and an encrypted password hash, used to authenticate you and manage your subscription.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVC, or billing address.
  • Diagnostic data: anonymous crash reports and basic version info so we can fix bugs. No personal content or playlist URLs are included.

3. What we don't collect

  • We do not track what channels, movies, or shows you watch.
  • We do not upload your M3U playlists or Xtream credentials.
  • We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
  • We do not serve third-party advertising inside Nexora.

4. Payments & Stripe

Nexora subscriptions (Weekly €4.99, Monthly €9.99, Annual €69.99) are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. When you subscribe, Stripe collects and stores your payment details under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance. We receive only a customer ID, the subscription status, and the last 4 digits of your card for reference.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Because Nexora is operated from Cyprus (EU), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Portability — receive your account data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection & restriction — limit how we process your data.
  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Data Protection Commissioner.

6. Data retention

Account and subscription data are kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation for accounting and tax purposes. Local app data is retained on your device until you delete it.

7. Children

Nexora is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated inside the app and on this page. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
